Meet the Doc
Dr. Ned Bixby is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in helping active adults stay strong, pain-free, and confident in the sports they love. He works regularly with runners, pickleball and tennis players, golfers, and fitness athletes who want to reduce injuries, improve movement, and continue playing long-term, not just rehab when something goes wrong.
His approach focuses on identifying movement limitations early and using targeted strength and performance strategies to support longevity in your activity.
