Frequently Asked Questions
Where is your clinic located?
We are located in the heart of downtown Fuquay within Level 6 Training. We have a separate entrance from the fitness facility, but can also be accessed from within the gym.
301 S Main St, Fuquay Varina, NC
Is there free parking?
Yes! You can park for free on the street or in the back of the building.
Do I need to be a member of Level 6 Training to receive treatment?
No, you do not need to be a member to be treated by ATP.
What makes your clinic different from others?
Unlike traditional clinics, we only see one patient at a time for 1-hour personalized treatment sessions. We specialize in working with tennis and pickleball players, focusing on injuries, performance, and rehabilitation specific to these sports. Our clinic is cash-based, meaning there are no insurance intermediaries, which allows for more flexibility and a hands-on, patient-centered approach.
Do I need to have a specific diagnosis to book an appointment?
No, you don’t need a formal diagnosis. Many of the patients we see contact us with sports-related injuries, pain, or performance concerns, and we’ll work together to assess and address the issues. If you have any concerns, we’ll work with you to determine the best course of action. Click on the contact page and fill out the information so we can set up a free consultation call.
Do you have any specialties?
We work closely with tennis and pickleball players. As a full body sport, we are not limited to specific joints or body parts. We will focus on where your specific pain is, however ensure that other aspects of your body are functioning optimally to minimize re-injury.
Can I still see you if I don’t play tennis or pickleball?
While we specialize in working with tennis and pickleball players, we also treat a wide range of conditions, including general musculoskeletal pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, and performance optimization for athletes of all kinds. If you have specific treatment needs, feel free to reach out to discuss how we can help.
What types of treatments do you offer?
We offer a variety of treatment options, including:
Dry Needling: A technique for relieving muscle tension and promoting healing by inserting thin needles into trigger points or tight muscles.
Blood Flow Restriction Training: A technique using specialized cuffs to boost strength with lighter loads—ideal for those recovering from injury or dealing with pain.
Manual Therapy: Hands-on techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function, including joint mobilizations and soft tissue work.
Post-Surgical Rehabilitation: Focused treatments designed to help you recover after surgery and regain strength, flexibility, and function.
Performance-Based Treatments: Enhancing athletic performance, injury prevention, and optimizing recovery for athletes and physically active people.
Precise Force Dynamometer Measurements: We can provide objective data to show how much force you are producing through specific muscle groups. This allows for more accurate progress tracking.
How long is each session?
Each treatment session lasts 1 hour, which is dedicated solely to you and your needs. We ensure that you receive undivided attention and a personalized experience.
How do I book an appointment?
Booking an appointment is easy! Simply fill out the “Contact Me” page and we will reach out to you via email. We'll find a time that works for both of us, and we’ll come to you with all the necessary equipment for your session.
What should I expect during my first session?
In your first session, we will go over your medical history, assess your movement patterns, and discuss any concerns you have related to pain, performance, or rehabilitation. We’ll then create a customized treatment plan tailored specifically to you. Depending on your condition, we may begin treatment during the same session.
How can I prepare for a session?
Wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows for movement. If you're having a specific issue, such as a shoulder or knee problem, try to wear clothing that allows us to easily access the affected area. Additionally, ensure the location you choose for treatment is comfortable and has enough space for mobility exercises.
Do you accept insurance?
We operate on a cash-based model, which means we do not accept insurance. This allows for greater flexibility in scheduling and treatments.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), HSA/FSA, cash, and checks. Please make checks out to All Time Performance PT.
What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may need treatment. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
