Join us for a COMPLIMENTARY, interactive, hands-on workshop centered around neck and upper back pain related to posture. Learn the most common tips we use to combat aches and pain related to posture. Practice safe, effective movements to restore mobility and reduce pain. Walk away with tools you can use right away!

Meet the Doc

Dr. Ned Bixby is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in helping active adults stay strong, pain-free, and confident in the sports they love. He works regularly with runners, pickleball and tennis players, golfers, and fitness athletes who want to reduce injuries, improve movement, and continue playing long-term, not just rehab when something goes wrong.

His approach focuses on identifying movement limitations early and using targeted strength and performance strategies to support longevity in your activity.

Q: Is this hands-on or just a lecture?
A: This is primarily an educational workshop with movement demonstrations and time for questions. It is not individual treatment.

Q: Do I need to be injured to attend?
A: Not at all. This workshop is designed for both injury prevention and improving long-term movement health.

Q: Will I get personalized advice?
A: General recommendations will be shared during the session, with opportunities to ask questions. More specific guidance can be discussed individually after the event.

Q: Is this physical therapy?
A: No. This is an educational workshop and does not replace a physical therapy evaluation or treatment.

Q: What should I wear?
A: Wear what you would typically wear to workout or play your sport. We won’t be working out, but you will be trying movements and some exercises/stretches.

Q: What does this cost?
